About Us
Andrew and Whitney Klein are Indianapolis locals whose passion for cooking with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. They opened Trax BBQ after a successful run as a pop-up restaurant at Scarlet Lane Brewing Company.
Previously holding positions such as the Executive Sushi Chef at Kona Grill and Executive Sous Chef at Flemings, Andrew has plenty of experience in the restaurant scene. Together with Whitney, Executive Chef, Kyrsten Wilson, and a stellar staff...Andrew has created a unique BBQ experience with a heavy focus on slow smoked and scratch made food.
The business is very laid back with a “mom-and-pop" atmosphere. It’s casual counter service, so you come to the counter and order and choose your seat and enjoy your meal!
Trax BBQ offers Carolina-style BBQ, including pulled pork, ribs and brisket.
